Dave Baiocchi is the president of Resonant Dealer Services LLC. He has spent 33 years in the equipment business as a sales manager, aftermarket director and dealer principal. Dave now consults with dealerships nationwide to establish and enhance best practices, especially in the area of aftermarket development and performance.


Garry Bartecki Garry Bartecki
GB Financial Service, LLC

Garry J. Bartecki is a Chicagoland CPA with over 25 years of experience dealing in heavy equipment dealers and companies. He is widely known as the CPA to hire if your business involves the heavy equipment industry in the Chicago region. Bartecki retired from a large international public accounting firm and began his own business of GB Financial Service, LLC. Garry provides a wide range of financial oversight services for equipment dealers, rental companies and wholesale distributors. He earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Garry is also a licensed private airplane pilot.

Debbie Frakes Debbie Frakes
Founder/Managing Director

Debbie Frakes is one of the founders of Winsby and oversees operations as Managing Director. She has been helping businesses grow through a variety of marketing initiatives since 2003. Working primarily with companies whose customers are other businesses, Winsby develops strategies that are successful for a wide variety of manufacturers, distributors and service businesses.

Dave Gordon joined Winsby in 2016 as a sales representative. Prior to joining Winsby, Gordon had over 25 years of experience in sales and business development. Most recently, Gordon was vice president of sales for Associated Equipment Distributors where his duties included overseeing revenue and profit growth, marketing, and generating new sales. Additionally, Gordon worked directly with heavy equipment manufacturers and dealers for CED magazine, where he was responsible for planning strategies to meet and exceed annual goals of the publication. He also directed planning for the annual AED summit, including site and keynote speaker selection.
